Cactus Lane
During the 1980s, Property Reserve acquired 4,000 acres of land in west Phoenix. Over 40 years of careful planning and working with local stakeholders have transformed the Cactus Lane property into a master plan that balances residential, commercial, retail, and healthcare uses.
The property will offer over 10K residential units, 1.5M sq. ft. of retail space, 10M sq. ft. of industrial space, a medical campus, regional employment areas, and open spaces. Currently, 1,600 acres have been sold.
